基面要求 Surface Requirements		涂层施工前，先将墙体表面的油污、灰尘、空鼓、开裂、脱落等异常情况，采用找平腻子填补(挂网)，基面平整、干燥，要求墙体含水率小于10%，pH值小于9。 Application, remove oil stains, dust, hollow areas, cracks, peeling, and other abnormalities from the wall surface. Level with putty(with mesh reinforcement if necessary). The surface must be flat, dry, with a moisture content below 10% and ph below 9.
