施工工艺
Mixing Instructions
涂料施工前应该进行充分搅拌以消除物料沉降漂浮带来的不均;搅拌均匀后将物料导入储料罐,进行喷涂一次成型,施工方便快捷
Stir thoroughly before application to ensure uniformity and prevent settling. Transfer mixed material to the feed tank for spraying.

1.施工温度不低于5℃,湿度不高于85%。

固化条件
Curing Conditions

80-90℃烘烤固化,1-1.5mm厚度,约60-75分钟烘烤固化:1.6-2mm厚度,约75-90分钟固化。
Oven curing at 80-90'C: 1-1.5 mm thickness requires 60-75 minutes; 1.6-2 mm thickness requires 75-90 minutes

涂层检测
Coating Inspection
涂层厚度控制在1.0-2.0 mm为宜(千膜测厚仪);表面均匀,无裂纹和起泡;使用硬度计测定压痕硬度(邵氏硬度)标准进行硬度测试,测试的硬度值满足:25℃硬度值>75A时可认定为产品已经初步固化,可进行打包运输,对于需要进行极限性能测试(冷热冲击,抗石击,盐雾,冷凝,泡水等)的样板,需在喷涂烘烤后静置7-14天后,同时涂层硬度≥85A(25±2℃,50±5%RH,5s读
数)后再进行测试。
