涂料施工前应该进行充分搅拌以消除物料沉降漂浮带来的不均;搅拌均匀后将物料导入储料罐,进行喷涂一次成型,施工方便快捷 Stir thoroughly before application to ensure uniformity and prevent settling. Transfer mixed material to the feed tank for spraying. |

80-90℃烘烤固化,1-1.5mm厚度,约60-75分钟烘烤固化:1.6-2mm厚度,约75-90分钟固化。 |

| 涂层检测 Coating Inspection |
涂层厚度控制在1.0-2.0 mm为宜(千膜测厚仪);表面均匀,无裂纹和起泡;使用硬度计测定压痕硬度(邵氏硬度)标准进行硬度测试,测试的硬度值满足:25℃硬度值>75A时可认定为产品已经初步固化,可进行打包运输,对于需要进行极限性能测试(冷热冲击,抗石击,盐雾,冷凝,泡水等)的样板,需在喷涂烘烤后静置7-14天后,同时涂层硬度≥85A(25±2℃,50±5%RH,5s读 数)后再进行测试。 Coating thickness: 1.0-2.0 mm (measured by dry film thickness gauge)- Surace: Uniform, free of cracks and blisters- Hardness test Shore A hardness >75A at 25'c indicates preliminary curing (suitable for packaging and transport. For extreme performance tests (thermal shock, stone impact, salt spray, condensation, water immersion, etc,, samples must stand for 7-14 davs after spraving and baking,with hardness ≥85A (25 ± 2°C, 50 ± 5% RH, 5s reading). |
