基面要求 Surface Requirements		基材表面干净、无杂物，无油脂，必要时进行清洗，去油和批灰等处理。已锈蚀区域应做转锈-防锈处理后再施工。易锈蚀区域应做防锈处理后再施工。 The substrate surface must be clean,free of debris, and oil-free, Clean, degrease, and apply putty if necessary. Rusted areas should undergo rust conversion and ant-rust treatment before application, Prone-to-rust areas should be treated with anti-rust measures prior to coating.

施工工艺 Mixing Instructions		开桶搅拌:请先检查涂层原料有无明显分层现象，如有分层现象可用搅拌方式搅拌均匀，不可高速分散。搅拌时间应在3-5分钟，喷涂施工厚度单次不超过2 mm，间隔12小时后再重喷，具体厚度可商定。 Open the container and stir: First check for significant stratification in the coating material, f stratification is observed, mix uniforml by stirring-do not use high-speed dispersion, Stir for 3-5 minutes, The construction thickness should not exceed 2mm per application, and re-spraying should be performed after an interval of 12 hours. 重涂间隔 Recoat Interval		涂抹次数在1-5遍，建议每次控制在2mm以内，每遍干透后再涂下一层，间隔时间12小时，达到厚度要求后，需自然干燥7天后方可投入使用，具体施工方式及厚度可根据施工环境、喷涂面积，质量要求及客户需求来确定。 Apply 1-5 avers, with each aver recommended to be under 2mm, Allow each laver to dry completely before applvina the next (12-hou interval, After reaching the reauired thickness, the coating must air-dry naturally for 7 davs before use, The specific application method and thickness should be determined based on the construction environment, spray area, quality requirements, and customer needs.
施工条件 Construction Conditions		1.施工温度不低于5℃，环境湿度小于65%，若环境湿度大于85%时，重涂时间延长; 2.避免刮风下雨天气施工。 1. Ambient temperature should not be below 5*c, and humidity should be below 65%, lf humidity exceeds 85%, the recoating interval needs to be extended. 2.Avoid construction during windy or rainy weather.
