施工要求

基面处理 Base Surface Preparation		清理钢结构表面的灰尘、油污、水渍、结露;确保已施防锈漆、底漆完整，无焊接缺陷或锈蚀;推荐底漆体系:环氧富锌底漆 + 环氧云铁中间漆;严禁直接在无防腐底漆或镀锌层表面施工。 Remove dust, oil stains, water traces, and condensation from the steel surface.Ensure the anti-rust primer and base coat are intac with no welding defects or corrosion.Recommended primer system: Epoxy zinc-rich primer + Epoxy mica iron intermediate primer.Application directly onto untreated anti-rust primer or galvanized layers is strictly prohibited.

底层加固 Base Reinforcement		粘钉材料:401胶或EVA707胶+普通水泥(比例1:1):保温钉间距:上下左右 20~30cm，注意阴阳角部位粘结牢固:挂网:钢丝网根据构件形状裁剪;挂网与钢构件间距保持16~20mm;挂网后要压实，避免空鼓;此时不需整面挂，后续在不同厚度时再挂加强层。 Adhesive nalls: 401 glue or EVA707 glue + ordinary cement (ratio 1:1),.Nall spacing: 20-30cm vertically and horizontally; ensure firm bonding at corners.Mesh installation: Cut steel mesh to match component shape.Mesh spacing: laintain 16-20mm gap betweer mesh and steel member,Compaction: Press firmly after instalation to avoid hollowing,Note: Fullsurface coverage not reauired initiallv additionalreinforcement avers added as thickness increases
拉毛层施工 Textured Layer Application		配比:粉料:拉毛胶=2:1，加入适量水搅拌均匀;厚度:1~3mm;施工方式:喷涂为主;干燥要求:常温养护>24小时。 Mix ratio: Powder : Texturing compound = 2: 1, add appropriate water and mix evenly.Thickness: 1-3mm.Application method: Primarily spray coating.Drying requirement: Cure at room temperature >24 hours.
主涂层施工 Main Coating Application		配比:粉料:水=1:0.8~1.2(按现场调节);搅拌时间:15℃以上搅拌8~10分钟，低温适当延长;施工方式:抹涂:需压实不宜光滑，防止空鼓:喷涂:枪距0.5~0.6m，压力0.6~0.8MPa，匀速移动;单层厚度:6~8mm;层间时间:前层7~8成千后施工下一层;表面处理:略作粗糙，有助于层间粘结。 Mix ratio: Powder : Water = 1: 0.8-1.2 (adiust onsitel.Mixing time: 8-10 minutes above 15'c, extend appropriately at lower temperatures Application methods:-. Troweling: Compact firmly, avoid smooth finish, prevent hollowing.- Spraying: Nozzle distance 0.5-0.6m pressure 0.6-0,8MPa, move uniformly,Single layer thickness: 6-8mm.
中间加强挂网 Intermediate Reinforcement		当厚度达18mm:包惠一道钢丝网，搭接5~10cm，用保温钉或铅丝固定，并用抹刀压实。 When thickness reaches 18mm: Apply one layer of steel mesh with 5-10cm overlap, secure with insulation nails or lead wires, and compact with trowel.
细节处理 Detail Treatment		对裙座、顶部等部位施工时应做出30°~45°坡口:干燥后，坡口顶部需用室外型密封胶密封处理，防止水汽渗入。 For skirt supports, tops and other areas: Create 30"-45" slopes.After drying: Seal slope tops with outdoor sealant to prevent moisturpenetration.
养护 Curing		养护时间:防火涂料施工完成后需养护1个月。养护环境:温度要求在5-35℃之间，湿度小于80%，空气应适当流通，避免雨水侵蚀，避免高空气流速，避免暴晒和长时间日光直射。注意:养护期间应注意防水、防潮。 Curing time: 1 month after completion of fireproof coating application.Curing environment: Temperature 5-35°c, humidity <80% adeawate air circulation.Avoid: Bain erosion, high air velocity, direct sunlight and prolonged sun exposure.Note: Waterproof and moisture protection required dung curing period.
